Internationally recognised for his visionary collection work, Bill has built a reputation as one of the country’s most sought-after hair artists, seamlessly blending creativity, technical mastery, and an acute understanding of global fashion trends.

Renowned for his precision cutting and styling expertise, Bill has spent his career refining his craft—whether on the salon floor, backstage at fashion shows, or behind the scenes of editorial shoots. His ability to translate high-fashion inspiration into wearable, cutting-edge styles has earned him a loyal clientele and the title of Brisbane’s Best Hairdresser. Since founding Tsiknaris Hair in 1994, his award-winning salon has remained at the forefront of the industry, setting new standards in hair artistry.

As the Australian Creative Director for Alfaparf Milano Professional, Bill has proudly collaborated with the brand since 2019, aligning with its commitment to innovation and excellence. His role sees him traveling regularly to Alfaparf’s global headquarters in Italy, as well as leading national education tours with the Tsiknaris Team, inspiring the next generation of hair professionals.

Bill is also the Australian Ambassador for Alterna and one of just six stylists worldwide to be part of the Global House of Experts. This prestigious position has taken him to Las Vegas, Miami, and New York, working alongside the industry’s top talents and solidifying his status as a global leader in hair artistry.
